I am a design leader specializing in user-centered design programs that deliver meaningful, human-focused experiences across digital platforms for organizations of all sizes. My approach goes beyond visuals, focusing on creating solutions that accompany users on their journey rather than serving as a temporary stop.

With expertise in UX strategy, visual design, and research methodologies, I help clients improve user engagement through thoughtful design across websites, applications, and games. My work spans diverse industries, including energy, community marketplaces, global retail, automotive, and productivity tools, where I’ve driven user engagement and business outcomes.

Earlier in my career, I collaborated with technology organizations in SEO, healthcare, audio technology, real estate, and agencies, deepening my understanding of various domains. I take pride in helping companies achieve their goals while enhancing the experiences of their external and internal users.

My passion lies in crafting impactful designs and strategies that connect with people and support them meaningfully throughout their journey.

Coursework focused on both design and product leadership perspectives to provide user-focused products that tie to business value. Capstone presentation enabled me to execute a comprehensive product brief through competitive and market analysis, product opportunity exploration, user research, and prototype testing iterations. Final project featuring Notion, can be seen on MICA’s MPS Capstone website:

My core desire is to add value to any team, relationship, and situation I find myself in. With an eye toward effective communication and a love for learning new ways to tackle problems, I attained my master certification in user experience from Nielsen Norman Group with a specialty designation in UX Management. I trained in guiding digital design standards within organizations while maintaining their consistency across all digital platforms and channels at scale.

I am driven by a core desire to explore how creative workstreams can seamlessly integrate with delivery teams. I believe that advocating for and prioritizing positive user experiences should not only be the ultimate goal but also the guiding principle throughout the delivery process. When every member of a delivery team contributes to enhancing the end user’s experience, the collective impact can be transformative, fostering innovation and user satisfaction.

To deepen my understanding and refine my approach, I pursued certifications in Scrum delivery methodology with UX and Evidence-Based Management from Scrum.org. These certifications equip me to effectively lead creative delivery within Scrum development teams, ensuring design and development are closely aligned. By embedding UX principles and evidence-based discovery techniques into agile workflows, I help teams deliver user-centered solutions that drive measurable value and achieve shared goals.
