As a UX research leader and product strategist, I specialize in translating complex business goals into evidence-based research programs that yield measurable results.

What i learned

Masters of Professional Studies in Product Management
Coursework delivered a strategic foundation in applying behavioral science and user-centered approaches to maximize business value. Design Certification

Certified in UX Management by the Nielsen Norman Group, I specialize in scaling operational efficiency and maximizing value. I establish UX research standards and reusable assets to guarantee rigor, and I drive digital design standards adoption to ensure cross-platform cohesion and measurable impact at scale.

Earning the LUMA Facilitator certification elevated my ability to lead and scale human-centered collaboration. I leverage advanced design thinking methods to accelerate alignment across large cross-functional teamsāremote or in-personāeffectively translating complex challenges into unified, actionable strategies.
Delivery Methodologies Certifications

I’m motivated to weave UX research and creative workstreams into delivery teams, making user experience a guiding principle, not just a goal. My Scrum with UX certification focuses on this integration: By embedding research and experimentation into development cycles, we ensure every team prioritizes the end user, driving innovation and multiplying business value.

My certification in Scrum Evidence-Based Management helps research drive development delivery. I bridge the gap between design and development by embedding UX principles into agile workflows, enabling teams to collaborate effectively. This process helps all research initiatives align with the Experience KPI scorecard, driving decisions that deliver a measurable lift in conversion, satisfaction, and brand health.
Other creative work I do
Austin citywide MLK Celebration
ROLE: GRAPHIC DESIGNER | ILLUSTRATOR
My designs tell stories. Growing up in Austin’s evolving landscape shaped how I connect with community. For projects like the annual MLK celebration, I immerse myself in MLK’s speeches and writings, seeking to create visuals that authentically reflect both the progress we’ve made and the challenges we continue to face.
I strive to craft designs that resonate across generations, offering a hopeful yet grounded perspective on our shared pursuit of equality.

ROLE: CREATOR | CROCHET HOOK SPECIALIST
I truly take pride in helping companies reach their user goals, but creating abounds beyond my profession. I have taken up creating amigurumi, crocheted stuffed animals, to explore the boundaries of my imagination. All aspects of life are designed, and I am thankful that I get to live what I love each day.
Logos and Iconography
ROLE: DESIGNER | ILLUSTRATOR

Additionally, three of my design pieces were featured in CMYK Magazine #38, earning judgeās favorite honors and a spot in the 52nd Annual ADCH Show.
